A BILL to be entitled an Act to enact the "Protecting Public School Funds Act"; to amend Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to education, so as to repeal Chapter 2A, relating to student scholarship organizations; to amend Article 2 of Chapter 7 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the imposition, rate, and computation of income taxes, so as to repeal Code Section 48-7-29.16, relating to the qualified education tax credit; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
