L. 1996, p. 4469), as amended, so as to provide for the creation of the office of inspector general; to provide for the manner of appointment, qualifications, compensation, term, removal, and powers and duties of the inspector general; to provide for a deputy, support personnel, office space, and furnishings; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
