A BILL to amend Part 1 of Article 3 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to wiretapping, eavesdropping, surveillance, and related offenses, so as to provide that it shall be unlawful for any person, company, or other entity, other than a law enforcement officer or agency acting within the scope of an order issued under applicable federal or state law, to record a telephone conversation, without first notifying each party to the conversation by placing a beeping tone on the telephone line; and for other purposes.
