A BILL to amend Code Section 34-8-195 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to determination of eligibility for unemployment benefits generally, so as to provide that an individual shall not be deemed able to work, available for work, and actively seeking employment and shall be ineligible or disqualified for benefits if such person, after being referred to work by the department, fails to apply for work or refuses work because the employer requires a preemployment drug test; and for other purposes.
