First Reader Summary
A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 14 of Title 17 of the
Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to restitution to
crime victims, so as to provide that adult offenders convicted of
offenses involving theft and damage to property be required to
make restitution to victims who are not otherwise reimbursed or
compensated; and for other purposes.
