A BILL to amend Article 4 of Chapter 9 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to fraud and related offenses, so as to prohibit a person from taking, assuming, or using the identity, name, birth date, social security number, or identification of another person without the consent of that other person and with the intent to obtain or use the other person's identity for any unlawful purpose or to cause financial loss to the other person; and for other purposes.
