                             A RESOLUTION 
 
  1- 1  Commending Sims Superior Seating, Inc.; and for other 
  1- 2  purposes. 
 
  1- 3  WHEREAS, Sims Superior Seating, Inc., of Locust Grove, 
  1- 4  Georgia, has carried on a family tradition of building 
  1- 5  exceptional restaurant furniture since 1977; and 
 
  1- 6  WHEREAS, during the last two decades, Sims has set the 
  1- 7  standard for seating by which the restaurant industry is 
  1- 8  measured, and its booths are constructed using only 
  1- 9  hardwood, never plywood or particle board, at all stress 
  1-10  points, employing a variety of saws to achieve the desired 
  1-11  shapes, installing zig-zag springs on four-inch centers, and 
  1-12  covering the springs with Flex-lator to ensure maximum 
  1-13  comfort and durability; and 
 
  1-14  WHEREAS, the company's service in design, manufacture, and 
  1-15  installation is of the highest quality, as is its service 
  1-16  after the sale, which is renowned throughout the industry; 
  1-17  and 
 
  1-18  WHEREAS, the company's attitude is best expressed by company 
  1-19  president, Charles Sims, "We try to please our customers 
  1-20  because we know our business depends on repeat orders." 
 
  1-21  NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the 
  1-22  members of this body commend Sims Superior Seating, Inc. for 
  1-23  achieving the top level of the industry and for its 
  1-24  contributions to its community. 
 
  1-25  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is 
  1-26  authorized and directed to transmit an appropriate copy of 
  1-27  this resolution to Mr. Charles Sims, president of Sims
