A bill to amend Article 2 of Chapter 2 of Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to registration and licensing of motor vehicles in general, so as to provide for special license plates to commemorate the holding of the 1996 Paralympic Games in the City of Atlanta and the State of Georgia; to authorize the state revenue commissioner with the approval of the Fiscal Affairs Subcommittees of the Senate and House of Representatives to negotiate and execute licensing agreements or other agreements for this purpose.
