A bill to amend Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elections, so as to change the date for notice of a write-in candidacy for state, county, and municipal elections; to provide for advertisement of write-in candidacy in a state election in each newspaper of general circulation in the geographic area encompassing electors qualified to vote for the office the candidate is seeking.
