A bill to amend Chapter 1 of Title 7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to financial institutions, so as to clarify the intention of the General Assembly; to define and redefine certain terms; to change the restrictions relative to the commissioner, deputy commissioners, and examiners; to provide that fees collected by the department shall be deposited with the Office of Treasury and Fiscal Services.
