A BILL to amend Article 2 of Chapter 8 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the joint county and municipal sales and use tax, so as to change the definition of a qualified municipality with respect to such tax; to provide for the powers, duties, and authority of the Department of Community Affairs with respect thereto; to provide for a revised definition of "qualified municipality" in each county in this state whose boundary is conterminous; and for other purposes.
