A BILL to amend Part 1 of Article 4 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions concerning offenses involving dangerous instrumentalities and practices, so as to change the definition of the offense of destroying or injuring a police dog; to make it unlawful to knowingly and intentionally destroy or cause serious or debilitating physical injury to an accelerant detection dog; and for other purposes.
