A BILL to amend Code Section 35-1-8 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to acquisition, collection, classification, and preservation of information assisting in identifying deceased persons and locating missing persons, so as to provide that any law enforcement agency shall immediately open an investigation upon receipt of a report that a person with Alzheimer's disease is missing; and for other purposes.
