A BILL to amend Code Section 15-10-50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to propounding of interrogatories to a judgment debtor in magistrate court proceedings, so as to provide that when the judgment exceeds a specified amount the judgment creditor may utilize certain discovery procedures under the Civil Practice Act; and for other purposes.
