A BILL to amend Chapter 8 of Title 42 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to probation, so as to change the provisions relating to contracting for probation services by counties, municipalities, and the state; to expand the scope of the County Probation Advisory Council to include municipal probation systems; to add two members and provide for the powers and duties of the County and Municipal Probation Advisory Council; and for other purposes.
