A BILL to amend Part 2 of Article 6 of Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to competencies and core curriculum, so as to provide for academic subject-based education; to define and prohibit outcome-based methods of instruction or assessment; to prohibit experimental exploitation, instructing or assessing by using affective objectives, group grading, peer teaching, and restricting students from reaching their highest academic potential; and for other purposes.
