First Reader Summary

A BILL to amend Code Section 34-8-194 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the grounds for disqualification of unemployment compensation benefits, so as to provide that terminal leave pay, severance pay, separation pay, or dismissal payments or wages paid to an employee as an incentive for early retirement shall not affect entitlement to unemployment compensation; and for other purposes.
