A BILL to amend Code Section 40-5-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the requirement that the Department of Public Safety keep records of applications for licenses and information on drivers' licenses and the furnishing of such information, so as to authorize the Department of Public Safety to provide access to and disseminate information from its records to the military branches of the United States Department of Defense; and for other purposes.
