A BILL to amend Code Section 10-1-662 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to unlawful motor vehicle franchisor practices, so as to prohibit franchisors from conducting audits of or basing decisions adverse to a dealer on activity or transactions more than two years old; to prohibit a franchisor from canceling a franchise under certain circumstances; and for other purposes.
