A BILL to amend Title 35 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to law enforcement officers and agencies, so as to provide for comprehensive minimum standards and policies to be developed and implemented by all local law enforcement agencies relating to agency organization, personnel and fiscal management, use of resources, research, planning, and crime analysis, training, community relations, public information, crime prevention, and court service; and for other purposes.
