A BILL to amend Article 1 of Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to elections and primaries, so as to provide that no person who has been convicted of a felony shall be eligible for election to public office for a period of five years after the sentence has been served or probation has been completed; and for other purposes.
