A BILL to amend Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elections, so as to provide for the designation of the qualifying period by municipal superintendents; to provide for a minimum and maximum number of days for qualifying; to provide that such days shall be consecutive; to provide the earliest commencement date and latest ending date for qualifying periods for general elections; to provide the latest ending date for qualifying periods for special elections; and for other purposes.
