A BILL to amend Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elections, so as to provide that a person filing a notice of intention of write-in candidacy for a state office shall be required to certify that such person has been tested for illegal drugs and the results of such tests are negative; and for other purposes.
